My wife and I decided to "Refinance" our 200 Dodge Durango this year, because our credit was not the best, we recieved an offer from a Company called Roadloans.com, after doing some research I discovered that Roadloans.com was owned by Triad Fianancial who was owned by Ford Motor Credit, so we choose to refinance through them. What a Mistake!! It has been a total and complete "Nightmare".

First right after the approval they sent us a finance agreement which they had added in a warranty we did not request, then after confronting them they took it off, and finally gave us the warranty we wanted. They tehn notified us that they had paid off in full Wells Fargo Fianancial, we then discover a month later that they had not paid them off in full, they then demanded that we make payments to both them and Wells Fargo or they would repo our vehicle, they then started calling my wife at work 5 and 6 times a day and when we would call them no one could tell us anything about what was going on or when they would pay off the vehicle.

We have been going through hell for three months now, and when you call the Triad Financial Company you get a message that there closed, and when you call Ford they tell you that while they do own Roadloans.com that you must talk to the Executives at Triad Fianancial that there is nothing they can do. DO NOT let these people get ahold on you, this is a scam to get people who have less than perfect credit and scam them, by charging you more for refinancing than the vehicle is worth, our Durango is worth 11 thousand thanks to Roadloans.com we now owe 17 thousand, we cant refinance again and we can't trade in without loosing everything we have. SCAM SCAM SCAM

In the last report I misquoted as we never signed any loan documents with roadloans.com, the documets we thought that we had signed were never sent to roadloans. They never received any documnets from us agreeing to refinancing.
