On 1/20/04, I began an attempt to save my home from foreclosure, which came about due to the loss of income for my disabled son.

Upon calling F.A.S, I completed the necessary forms and faxed them, along with other needed information, to Linda Frances at1.888.867.2854 ext.211.

Upon receiving the needed information, Ms. Frances informed me that there would be a $1200.00 fee for the service. I did send the $1200.00, in two patments. the first payment, sent via Western Union on 1/20/04, was for $250.00, the second payment of $950.00 was deducted from my checking account on 3/02/04.

Once all funds were received by this company, I never heard from them again!

I have attempted settle with them, because they state that if they cannot help you, they would refund your money. All attempts were to no avail. I received a letter from Ray Ruble, stating that he was trying to contact me. I wrote Mr. Ruble with needed info, and that's the beginning of a new sage, which lead to me being put on hold, by Mr. Ruble, until the voicemail kicked in. I do have documentation of what I'm saying.

We have repeatedly attempted to respond to Lorena's dissatisfaction. The original issue our mitigation department had was difficulty contacting Lorena. Unfortunately during our attempts to help her, the home phone number was disconnected. The current work phone number we have for her is no longer valid or is not accepting calls. We have sent another certified letter attempting to resolve these issues, as this has been the only successful method of communication we have been able to verify that she has received. According to postal records, she did receive our letter by certified mail a few days ago. We have no response yet.
