We have repeatedly attempted to respond to Lorena's dissatisfaction. The original issue our mitigation department had was difficulty contacting Lorena. Unfortunately during our attempts to help her, the home phone number was disconnected. The current work phone number we have for her is no longer valid or is not accepting calls. We have sent another certified letter attempting to resolve these issues, as this has been the only successful method of communication we have been able to verify that she has received. According to postal records, she did receive our letter by certified mail a few days ago. We have no response yet.
