My husband and I bought a puppy from this breeder last winter. She had promised the puppy would stay very small.
She was going on and on about apple head, and something about the eyes. Which we thought was strange, and became worried. We Just wanted a tiny healthy puppy. She was listing baby doll yorkies. Her price was 4,000 on the little girl.
She sent pictures while we were on vacation that looked nothing like the puppy we originally commited to. I went to this breeders home, and did not know what to do or say, as the kennel is larger than her home.
I was in shock, and not the type breeder I wanted to buy from. She showed me the puppy, and I felt like I was recusing this puppy and bought it, much larger than shown, noe 6 pounds. This is totally my fault. This transaction has been nothing but a costly mistake, to rescue a poor yorkie. Our Yorkie became very ill about a month ago. We had tests run by our Vet. Our Brittany has what is called a liver shunt. Which is passed down with this breeders dogs. We have been quoted 2800 to repair, or put down a yorkie we love.
We are going to go with the surgery. Please beware of this breeder. She changed her name from East Coast Yorkies to Forever baby Doll Yorkies and I am wondering if due to this problem. Thank you. Will give news on how our girl is doing.

I was at Laurie's home the night you picked up your puppy. I was getting another puppy from her myself making 6 puppies I had bought from her. I remember you well and your sweet daughter. I remember you saying the puppy was larger than you thought it would be and I remember Laurie telling you you didn't have to take her. You gladly did take her and as you were talking remarked about how you would be back for another one. I have personally been in the so called "kennel" and yes it is large because it is like a home inside with all the niceties a home has. It's very clean, AC and heat, tv cameras with a large monitor in her home where when not in the "kennel" she can see them at all times. It's lovely and you should have requested to see it if you were suspicious. She would have been proud to show it to you. All of my babies are healthy and have bloodwork every 6 months. I asked my vet if there were any problems with their liver, kidneys, etc. would it show up in their routine blood check. He assured me there would be a red flag in the normal bloodwork that he would then follow up on. I say this because after Laurie called me to check on my last puppy , the one I got when I saw you, she told me about what you had said was wrong with yours and I became concerned. I can tell you all of my babies are in great health and I would highly recommend this breeder. I'm sorry you feel this way now because the night you and your daughter were there you were elated with the puppy! Believe me, you didn't have to "rescue" any of her puppies. That little girl would have gone home with me had you not taken her. Joy Poquoson, Va.

Cease and desist on 10/14/16, 1:00pm. I am the breeder and have been advised by my attorney anymore comments made on public forum, face book, or any website, in harm to Ms Cusimano and her breeding program you will be prosecuted to the fullest.
These statements made by this customer are not true, as I have always been a honest breeder and have never been accused of false actuations. This is why I have so much repeat business from happy customers.
1. I am not a puppy mill, my dogs have never been in cages! I have spent over 150,000.00 on my beautiful state of the art yorkie palace. Completely equipped with full camera system, and 42" screen TV., full stereo system throughout. All the toys, and treats any dog would want. My dogs go out with me daily to play and exercise in a 30' x 50' area. I play with all of them and give hugs and kisses. All of my dogs are always well groomed, and pampered the way I feel they should be kept! All of my pregnant mom's and babies are born and raised in my home, they are kept with me until they leave me and go to there forever home.
2. I come highly recommended by the County, where I am licensed and inspected. Also, approved with AKC Kennel club.
3. In all the years of my breeding program I have never had a diagnose dog with liver shunts. This customer never contacted me about any health issue with her baby she purchased on 8/13/15. Her little girl was born on 5/21/15, I would have worked with this customer, as she never contacted me about any health issue with her baby.
