Forever Metal Roofing Company New Roof that leaks Epsom NH
We had a new roof installed over four years ago and within six months it started to leak. Our office upstairs is totally ruined all on the ceiling around the chimney. Patrick Hayes was the owner of the company at the time. He gave us a five year warranty on the labor and never fixed it properly.
He sent someone out with regular chalk that only retained the water and it continued to leak and he stopped answering our calls and emails. After a few years he sold the business name and company off and the new owners who I finally got in contact with and were really nice at first.
The lady said don't worry you are under warranty we can fix it and then she and she had me send all the pics and emails I had from Patrick. Next week she came back and said no the new CEO refuses to honor our warranty. They also say we were only given a one year warranty with our roof yet they have the same people working for them and they still give five year warranties.
I have now been stuck paying out of pocket over $2000.00 for repairs as my house is for sale and they are not taking care of what should be their responsibility. Patrick Hayes also never showed up the last day of work to hand me all my paperwork he told his employees to collect the final check and he would get me my stuff.
When emailed I got a response of he was out of town and would mail them when he got back. We never received anything. This company is a total sham, they leave your yard a total mess with screws, metal shards and black sticky stuff to where your pets get hurt and you walk around for days cleaning it up. Do not trust this company to do a good job and especially the workmanship is horrible if you have a chimney.
