I placed an order online for a mini-forklift several months ago. I never received a confirmation from them with their contact information. On 2 Jan 2019, I disputed their charge on my credit card. On 15 Jan 2019 my bank issued me a provisional credit for $138.84 and billed it back to the merchant. On 25 Jan 2019 I received a small package from China showing on the label that it is a cell phone charger valued at $5.
I did not open package and plan to return it certified or registered. I will be contacting Synchrony Bank to inform them of what I received. I will also let them know that I refused delivery of the package and that it is being returned.
