I was told they would waive the restocking fee if I got the product here in 5 days and that I would have to pay the shipping. I told them they would have to pay for the return since they fraudulently sold me products and the warranty. They then Issued me a Return Authorization Numbers despite me telling them I did not ask for a return. I emailed the company and told them this and they said it was my decision to return it or not at my own cost and it was shipped as confirmed with an "additional 5 year warranty" (not sure what they are talking about here). These people are SCAM ARTISTS!! STAY AWAY!

So after speaking again to customer service this evening about my lens filter and additional warranty I was forwarded to a manger. On the upside I was told that I would be shipped the correct UV filter at no additional cost (holding my breath till it gets here). Then I was forwarded to the manager "Rodney"(last name deleted out of kindness) about my warranty. When I told him how I was lied to about my product's warranty and told I needed another, he tried to do this song and dance about a grey market upgrade how all products on their website are grey market. When I told him that his sales person "Louis" told me this was a US product and that the 5 year warranty was a misprint online he proceeded to accuse me of "making up lies." He said that they have the credit documents and that the burden of proof would rest on me! If that doesn't sound like someone guilty I don't know what does. I have never been treated so rudely by a sales associate especially a manager anywhere.
