The problem was not with the quality of the product as the person who provided my wife her pedicure service was excellent. The issue was they refused to honour a gift certificate issued by the business.
When I bought the gift certificate for my wife, it stated specifically on the certificate that it was good for one year. I purchased the certificate on 12/24/18. Today it is 12/17/19, she came to redeem the certificate, and they would not take it. The owner of this business has no honour and is a piece of garbage.
THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS IS AN UNETHICAL PIECE OF GARBAGE. HE HAS NO HONOUR. Your money is better spent with businesses who will honour gift certificates that they issue. DO NOT COME HERE!

There was a one year period to redeem it as specified on the certificate. I bought it for my wife on 12/24/18 so it had an expiration date of 12/24/19. She came in as a first time customer and sought to redeem it on 12/17/19 after she obtained a pedicure and general foot treatment and they would not take it.

So what was the reason they refused to honor it?
What type of "Gift Certificate" was this?
Was this a Certificate you bought directly from the business, or through a 3rd party?
