Four Seasons Nurseries/eBurgess Everything you have hear/read about this company is true-they are a rip-off. Do NOT order anything from them - it will not grow or arrive alive. Bloomington, , Illinois
Do NOT buy anything from the many nurseries under Direct Gardening like eBurgess or Four Seasons, for example - they use many Nursery names. But IF you receive any plants that you order at all, they will mostly be dead or will not grow. It will be weeks after you order with nothing arriving, and you have to contact them in order to get anything and then they will arrive dead.
They also charge almost double or more of other nurseries. Like I paid $10.99 for one Goji Berry bush plant and what I finally got was just a 4 inch brittle dead stick with no sign that it was ever even a part of a plant. Other Nurseries I have ordered this same plant from I only was charged like $3 each for them and they were already growing and green when I got them. But form THIS Four Seasons Nursery all I go was a piece of dead stick 4 inches long with not a sign of any type of a root at all. That is just one example - there are more. I spent over $50 for dead plants, if you can call them 'plants'. The Dwarf Plum Tree I ordered also did not grow at all. It just died. I already wrote to them expecting them to replace the dead plants and trees, but have not heard back from them yet. Most likely won't.
