Beware! Our first 2 sprays were great. That’s where the service ended. Let the company know we needed to be home when they sprayed. Fox Valley being at our house when they sprayed wasn’t a problem until we signed a contract with them. Now we gett bills in the mail saying “past due” and “final notice”, “please call” repeated phone calls of nobody knowing what was going on. 6 months later we get a phone call from some guy that says his crew was out at our home and sprayed and left a notice on the front door. There was no notice and after reminding them that someone should be home when they come to spray we were told that the company has never done that for us and it would be just too difficult for them to make a schedule like that. Really, too difficult to let your customer know when you are going to spray their home….I think it’s because they don’t spray and want to say they were there when they weren’t and charge you $330 for nothing. Go someplace else. Whoever is running this company now are a joke and a rip off. A company that does insulation and pest control now, Seems a bit strange to me. They also claim that they never have sprayed the inside of homes in basements when they previously did.
