FREATTAU company took over $300 u.s. dollars for outside yard toys for kids and i never recieved my product. Richmond VA
So back in feburaury of 2020 i placed my order with them. they pulled their money from my husbands account in march and sent a pair of sunglasses with the same tracking number as the items i orderd.
However i never recieved my items which were a small trampoline, an bouncyhouse/swim n play, and a slide for a swingset.
I just want my money back, my kids are so heartbroken because of them wich is enough to set any southern momma into a fit of rage.
I am doing everything in my power to get my money back from them as*holes.
