fred bowen so called physical therapist. screwed me out of my workers comp. settlement.turned in a faulty f.c.e report.the test lasted 45 min. when it should have been 4 hours,which stopped my benefits. cookeville, Tennessee
I had been seeing this so called therapist for months,but when I went for the f.c.e.,things changed,he literally botched my test.I would not recommend him to anyone unless you enjoy same sex,not insinuating anything,but go figure.Normally workers comp. does not allow your regular therapist to perform the f.c.e.,but go figure. I broke my back in AUG.08,AND Have not been able to work since,thanks to Mr.Fred Bowen,and his lack of fair treatment!
