Fred Loya Insurance - Loya Insurance Company Do Not Pay Claims. Bullying Adjusters. Scam Insurance Company, Unethical Insurance Practices El Paso, San Antonio, Dallas, Texas
On 7/22/09 I was hit by someone insured by Fred Loya Insurance. I was driving through a parking lot and a man backed out of a parking space and hit me so hard it did over $3, 000. of damage to my vehicle. I had to go to the ER and my medical bills are $7500. so far. My shoulder needs reconstructive surgery that will put me out of work for up to six months.
I can not have the surgery because I will not have the money to live on and the policy limits would not be enough to cover the cost. Loya Insur. Co. declared they would only pay 90% of the claim, even though the driver said he saw me comming and backed out anyway. I was forced to get a lawyer for the bodily injury. The adjuster with Loya Insur., Glenn P. Johnson only offered $2, 000 today on 01/12/10. I am haveing to go to court just to get them to pay my medical bills, not counting everything else I have been through
and will have to go through in the future. This company is known for not paying their claims .After much research, THIS COMPANY DOES NOT PAY THEIR CLAIMS. Law offices have more cases on Fred Loya Insurance Co. than any other auto insurance company. DO NOT GET HIT BY A DRIVER INSURED BY THIS COMPANY.

Thanks, I have a lawyer. But what people don't understand is that you can not sue the insurance company directly. When you go to court you are going to court against the vehicle owner. You can not even mention the word "Insurance" in the court room or you will be held in attempt of court. The jury thinks you are suing this poor individual whom has no money, and in the case, does not speak English or even a US citizen. There are extensive laws to protect insurance companies. That is what makes it so easy for a crooked insurance company like Fred Loya to get away with this.

thats the best way to resolve a claim that u file againt a fred loya insured, fred loya is all family so they have their own lawyers own everything, the company i personally see it as a cheating, rippin off company they hate to pay claims they will find the smallest excuse not to pay off a claim so u have to get a good lawyer to fight back cause they will come out with some bs so they wount pay out!!
