Fred Myers, Krogers Carol and Judy Sedwiges is the insurer of Krogers, is a very profitable business..but would not pay my medical bills for falling on my back i there store, I have been trying to get an attorney to represent me, to withhold the video is a crime, Seattle Washington
On Mar 16th 2013, I feel at Fred Myers in Seattle, at the Lake City store, someone left a grape on the floor,
I slipped hard and fell on my low left back side, and several gental men helped me up.i wore rubber healed boots shoes,
as i was filling out report i would gone to the hospital but I had a dinner guest and needed to get home, he called
and I explained what happened, he understood..I went to a DC and a massage therapist, and felt better, not all the way
and I had already planned to move so the wheels where turning, I went to a DC in Phoenix, and finished my treatment,
I developed Shingles, and got a letter from my Dr as such.it was caused by the hard impact.they are painful and broke out of the low left side in my groin, the first time I had ever had them.
My DC submitted my bill here and Sedwiges turned it down, won't pay..so I have legal shield to help me maybe to
they and get teh vidoe of teh fall and who was at fault, the store or soem customer who dropped it out of cart,
and then there is the time frame they had to clean it up..I'll know on Wensday of this week, if I have a chance of getting any help from an Attorney..teh first one turned me down, and teh one in Kirkland on teh east side of Seattle..
If not I'll try and contact the regional manager and talk with them..I just want my credit to stay ok, not ruined, I'll ned a new car in about 1 year, and I'm single, and retired on a small SS..I can't afford to pay them, ut if they won't I guess payments..The total bill is about $5,500, and i pray I get relief..if not the call to teh manage is a good idea..
My sister fell because the escalator stopped suddenly and she fell forward on her knees, she already has bed knees,
they where nasty to her, and said she slipped, she didn't slip, she fell because of a malfuction, they blew her off with a $100.00 gift card..the they worked on the escalotor for quit awhile..they knew..
luckily she works out 5 days a week and her muscles protected her..
I'll post here after I talk with the Attorney , it's illegal for them to withhold the video, I did find that much out from the first Attorney, if no one will take me, I'll talk to the reginal manager..they are doing very well finacially I stumble on a website they gave out the info....will keep ypu posted Thanks for reading, Carol Seattle, WA

First your spelling a complete JOKE. Second Shingles is a reactivation of the varicella-zoster virus, a type of herpes virus that causes chickenpox. After you have had chickenpox, the virus lies inactive in your nerve roots and remains inactive until, in some people, it flares up again. When the virus becomes active again, you get shingles instead of chickenpox. My Grandmother had a horrible case that left her incapacitated. Therefore your case is mute on that point.
Second - seems like you and your sister have issues with falling with "bed" knees? I smell a scam on your part. Everyone falls but not everyone tries to sue someone. Good luck finding an Attorney to take this case.
