Freddie Mac was aware the home my family was purchasing had two previous sinkholes. Freddie Mac did not disclose one sinkhole use fraud and misrepresentation to disclose another. Freddie Mac did not tell my family prior to closing it was a stop work permit for seven years for sinkhole. Freddie Mac requested all money wired before closing and refused to allow my family to bring a cashier check to closing which is normally done. Freddie Mac did not tell me the grounds previously opened in the backyard and I had a tire swing installed in backyard for my daughter. Freddie Mac did not disclose they was placing my family life in danger by disclosing false information to fraud my family to live there then all money wired before closing. Upon moving in my family realize floors slumped on entire side of home and broken concrete floors in secondary bedrooms. Freddie Mac knew children would be living in secondary bedrooms but only concern as always making profits. A gentleman lost his life an hour from the home in Seffner, Fla. I complained to the board of directors Freddie Mac enlisted their sub contractor Tara Whittington to contacted me to tell me she would never have her family living in the home. I say this to say why are Freddie Mac selling homes to consumers they would not want their family living in plus dangerous. I contacted their regulator FHFA, HUD and Consumer Protection. It is if the only concern is to make profits regardless of if it lead to another economic crisis. I have an eight year of daughter that had to sleep in the living room a year because of Freddie Mac fraud. I had to move her from the home at a significant loss of life savings when one night she said mom I can not live like this no more. I purchase the home as a gift for my daughter that I was placing in trust for her only for her to be fraud out of the gift by Freddie Mac.

Freddie Mac should be charge with wire fraud due to using fraud to get my family to purchase then demanded all money wired before closing. I was not allowed to bring a cashier check. I received the final figures to close with just a few hours before closing but was not allowed to bring cashier check with me to closing. I adopted my child out of Florida foster care system and the home was a gift to her to feel secure and know she would forever have her own home only for Freddie Mac to fraud her out to continue received their hefty bonuses and lavish vacations.
