I purchased a car from Fredy Kia. I was made to sign and pay for a vehicle protection package. The windshield chipped and cracked on May 25, 2016. I contacted the protection package number that I paid for on June 7, 2016. While I was waiting for the confirmation to repair or replace the windshield, the protection package company claimed that they could not repair a crack. I spoke to Fredy Kia and requested the terms and conditions documents.
The terms and consitions documents were not attached to the protection package documents from Safeguard. At the time I agreed to utilize the protection package of winsheild repair and replacement, the dealer should have provided copies of the entire document. Fredy Kia purposefully withheld teh document because it had an arbitration clause. The document Fredy Kia gave was only 1 page. The document actually shows 6 pages to 7 pages.
