first they claim free services...lmao...yhey charge 27.95 a month for 10 gb of internet content then they do something they call topping off, they charge you another 10 for each 200 mb of service used, so its very expensive, watch 6 to 7 movies on netflix and your going to pay about 77.00 dollars for there service, thats not even the worst of it, after you have used the top off 7 times, you are done with internet service till the next billing cycle...period....no amount of money will turn your service back on....so for me i got billed about 100 dollars for 11 days of internet and watched about 10 movies...then in the middle of doing business on the internet i was cut-off...i mean no connection, just a notice saying to contact them,,,i called and waited at least 30 min before i got a person whom had to tranfer me of course for another 15 min wait, to be told that my internet service was turned off till next month, no warning and worst no internet when i was having an emergency with a family member in another country so i had lost contact....freedom pop is an absolute joke of a company, they have many many hidden charges, they are a complete rip off. stay away from terrible companies, ther=y are liars and very very expensive,.......jon nashville tn
