Freedom Pop Excessive delays for equipment, NO customer service, fraudulent charges Los Angeles, Calfornia Internet
FreedomPop took 3 weeks to send the device used for internet access, then fraudulently reported data use in order to automatically "upgrade" my account. They took days to respond to customer service inquiries.
This automatic add-on of charges after inflating data use is the most criminal aspect of what they do. Stay away from this company!
