I unfortunately have been dealing with the idiots since October 2002. Everytime I actually get through to them the check is in the mail, being cut next month, or the latest was the check needed to be cancelled when it had not come to me within 1 month of supposedly being mailed and then recut. Now I can't get through to anyone, I keep on hold for 1/2 hour and then all of a sudden the phone goes dead. It took only 24 hours for them to take my money out of my account and I can't get it back after months. Finally had to close my account because other companies had my information. Beware of this they apparently are selling personal financial information.

I have been dealing with these JERKS since 4/3/2002. Everytime I call they tell me its two more weeks before they can send my refund. Well I have been trying to get a refund now since 5/10/2002. They are the biggest bunch of liars I have ever had to deal with. If you are interested in a law suit so am I. But I think these people should have to pay for the hardship and mental anguish they are putting everyone through. Not to mention taking advantage of people that are already in a financial hardship. If you need some one to be your second in line that would be me. I wish I lived in georgia so that I could go to the business in person and cause the biggest riot georgia has ever seen these people need to be stopped. Lets get these jerks!!!!
