Freedom Resource ripoff fraudulent business ripoff Atlanta Georgia
Was offered a credit card and 221.95 came out on 10\11/02 and still havent received the credit card yet as of today. I called today and they said give it a couple of more days to get here. I have already called them 3 times trying to find out where the package was that we have been waiting on.
The first two times was we had to wait a whole 21 days before they could track it and now today they said it should be here in a couple of days. We just want our money back that they got and no credit card has arrived yet. That was my next step was to get a refund and the customer service rep got an attitude and told me to call back and talk to someone in refunds. Its a lost cause.

On 12/5/02 we got our money back from the bank after filling out a dispute form for unathorized transaction. Yipppeeee. About time and thank you for the person who said you can do this. Just wanted to let everyone know so you can go and do the same thing before its to late. Also after I told them I would have m attorney contact them and my husband spoke to the supervisor by the name of Jordan if she really was a supervisor but any ways my husband spoke to her and got all his info and she said she would send out a refund paper and you know what about four days later we got our paper in the mail. So he filled it out and I faxed it to them but before then I called them again and told them I was doing so and she said I couldnt fax it to them and then she changed her mind and said I could but I would have to still mail the paper because they needed his signature on it. I told her there is no place on the paper asking him to sign it. She didnt say anything. Also the girl said that they will mail out our refund not put it back in your account. So I then said the way you guys take it out of our account you can put it back in there. She said that is their policies. Also they will refund your money in the order the refund papers are received. I said so if there is 100 people before me that sent out their form then Im going to have to wait for them 100 people and she said yes if that how many people are ahead of you then yes. And last but not least they want to refund all money except $24.95 of it and I told her why do they get to keep $24.95 of my money that we gave them for something that we never got and also for something your sending by mail. Her reply was if your not satisfied with us keeping $24.95 for cancelation fees then you need to write that on the form and they will see if you will get that back also. They dont need to keep anything but $.37 for mailing it to us so their still making money off of our hard earned money for something we never receive. I just wante to let everyone know that after talking to these people a number of times and different stories from give it a couple of days more and calling back a few days after that and finding out the mess hasnt even been processed and I had been told it was I decided today to get a form from my bank that is called a visa dispute form and filled it out. I will get my money back that way and they (my bank) is going to dispute it with the company and give them a little time to send them back their money. But I just want everyone to know that you have 60 days from the draft date to tell your bank about this fraud credit company and how they are taking peoples money. I still am going to file complaints with the attorney generals office and ftc as soon as tomorrow. So everyone who wants to see these people go down just as bad as I do lets get together and file a class action lawsuit. Lets pull together and not let them get away with it, and just try to warn other hard working people who are just trying to get their credit back on track or just needed a little more money.
