From you flowers is the worst customer experience I've ever had.



My best friend's father died so I paid for a same-day delivery gift basket. Even with a 20% off coupon, it cost me $50. For a basket of fruit. 

1. I did got get it delivered on the same day.

2. I did not get it delivered the next day.

3. I did not get it delivered AT ALL.

4. I called their customer "service" . SIX time, someone said they would get back to me, and did not. Everyone was useless. I can't believe it.

5. I spoke with the manger. He was useless too.

6. They are blaming this on another florist, but they refuse to give me this florist's information. Ergo, this is their responsibility and they did nothing.



7. (and most importantly) Thanks to them, I look like an a*****e for not sending anything!!! She is leaving the country in two days, so I need them to be delivered immediately.

I cannot stress this enough. DO NOT buy from them.
