This review is in reference to the Lost Lands Music Festival event happening in just 4 days; (I FINALLY just got my EMAILED tickets for this event 2 days ago). Let me just start by saying that it would figure that this company has 2 stars on Yelp! with nearly 90 ratings (with dozens more sitting unapproved). Very fitting. Avoid buying tickets through this company at ALL costs. Their customer service is absolutely atrocious. They NEVER respond to emails OR Facebook messages, and will hang up on you if you call, after you have been on hold already for 20 minutes.

They also will just flat out lie to you when you finally do get in touch with them. I have an extremely time sensitive issue that I have emailed them about with no response at least 6 times. I bought tickets for a couple of friends, and needed to have the tickets put in their name before the festival. In the beginning, the representative "Yani" told me that I would not need to change the names on the tickets as the ticket scanners will just be scanning to look for valid tickets, and not matching up names to tickets. Cool. Problem solved. Then, 4 days later they send out an automated email stating the absolute complete opposite.

Of course, I emailed again for an explanation of why I was lied to. Completely regret ever giving this company my money in the first place. And still waiting on that explanation... Avoid!!! 0 stars. Plan of action: leave a negative review on Yelp!, file a complaint with the BBB, file a complaint with the Attorney General in Austin, Texas, and request a chargeback from my bank for the total cost of the tickets.
