I was searching for rentals and the rental owner "demanded" I use TransUnion CRA and pay $29.95 and they would reimburse me. TransUnion did not provide the requested information and I immediatly cancelled requesting a refund. They refunded the $29.95 within a couple of days and several phone calls. However; they took another $29.95 within the same week and again, after several calls, have not returned my money. They did not provide the service and hung up on me when I requested a Manager to resolve this issue. Now, 2 weeks later, I still have not received my refund for the $29.95 they were not authorized to use my CC for after cancelling withing 24 hours. Use Equifax people, they do business correctly.
