Frontier Airlines emailed the wrong check-in time, and I missed my flight. I tried to resolve this with the Customer Relations Department, I spoke with Tammy Black and forwarded the email to her [email protected]. She read email, put me on hold, and then came back & told me to accept responsibility for missing the flight. How can I accept responsibility, when Frontier sent me the wrong check-in time. They offered nothing as compensation, for me having to spend 12 hours traveling and inside airports.

The fact is that airline schedules and departure gates change all the time.  You really need to stay on top of the schedule when it gets within a day or so of flight time.

I know what happened would be very annoying but the realities of flying these days is that you need to stay constantly involved with flight schedules and gates. You can check on line, by phone or with a smart phone app. before you go to the airport.

I never trust EMail messages, too many chances for error

What do you mean they e-mailed you the wrong check-in time?

What time was your flight and what time did the e-mail say you had to check in by?  What time did you attempt to check in?
