Complaint Review: Frostbite-Krystal Koffin - Montreal Quebec

FROSTBITE with KRYSTAL KOFFIN-POSER BLACK METAL BAND. Krystal Koffin once again brings down artists within the Montreal metal scene to her level of scum and un-professionalism. 

Frostbite was and still is very much a garage band however now that Krystal Koffin aka Krystal Terepoki (founder of La Bete Noire Eporium) as it's new front woman/man this little band will ever get the recognition it should have gotten,instead of progressing this Frostbite now with Krystal fronting is and will continue to regress back to the cave in which they started although where they started is still a far better place than with Krystal new position within it. 

Under the guidance of Krystal Koffin Frostbite is trying to immitate black metal ,they actually advertise themselves as black metal / progressive black metal and anything with the title black metal attached when in fact this band is anythig but black ,anything but dark and evil as stated on their metallium page. How can a band be black metal with screetching grindcore and hardcore vocals? and as per the attached video see how Krystal Koffin smiles and jokes happily on stage while limping back and forth a la Ozzy style but in a much more masculine way. 

There are rumors that Krystal Koffin is really a dude or used to be one well not sure about this but then again just watch how she moves and her boy punk hairstule not to mention that pot belly and hundreds of tattoos ,she sounds walks and looks like a dude hmmm

It is obvisous that Ms or Mr KK is trying really hard to be a rock star and popular within the Monreal Metal scene it is  not a love of music or that she has any talent what so ever but rather a strong need for friends and to be worshipped in some sort of twisted fashion. I advise to watch the attached video and notice how it is all about her doesnt matter on the band ,Frostbite are merely her puppets it is so obvisous ,these guys strive so hard to be talented and KK has managed to convince them that with her they are  poor band.

My biggest complaint is that I was at the gig shown posted in the attached video,I and everyone had to get really drunk in order to endure not just Frostbite but the line up of amateur bands that evening. This was the closing of Montreal's metal pub Cafe Chaos where some good bands but several amateurs -not good and horrible bands(Frostbit) got to play before the doors of this venue shut for good. I wasted my time and money having to endue Frostbite and mind you  not that long ago I did witness this band with their ORIGINAL frontman /bassist who actually made the band look good and as if it were going somewhere now I got to witness them with KK fronting and well was very pathetic like watching an old blind cat slowly die in extreme discomfort. 

How much more can this be a ripoff you ask well notice how Krystal Koffin advertises herself on the Frostbite website,facebook and even on Metallium amoug other places that she is both the vocals and bass of this outfit when in fact the only person playing bass for this band is David Gagne of the bands Hollow and Your Last Wish both professional metal band well established in the scene . I can only imagine that this bass player whom is actually a lead guitarist ,must have some pity for Frostbite and must be friends with the band prior to Krystal's invasion. Again you will notice this in any of their videos and that is the Frostbite Monreal videos cause there is in fact a real professional band who carries the title Frostbite whom am sure if they knew how this Montreal band is killing their title would sue or change their name altogether not to be associaed with a boring scattered garage band .

The posted clip is at the beginning of Frostbite's gig but trust me come the 3rd song Krystal\s vocals were even more shot the rest of the band well it is what it is  and the college bar drunks whom Krystal Koffin paid a few beers to as payment so that they would bop around and create some sort of action in the crowd to make it look good for youtube well their drunken energy died come the 3rd song and then as in this clip everyone simply ignored the band altogether was like a long boring intermission before a real band came on or in hopes of one anyway. As you will notice here people only clapped and cheered at the end of the set why -CAUSE THEY WERE HAPPY THIS BORIG POSER BAND WERE DONE . 

Frostbite = poser black metal total wannabes especialy with Krystal Koffin at their front.Forced vocals with volume turned to the max to try to hide the errors,no stage pressence,no allure,unorganized,little children play better guitar,no barrowed bass player band has non even though KK claims she is playing it do  you see it? drummer belongs to a college radio outfit. Not fit to enter high school amateur talent contests, anything but black metal.
