Ordered laptop and software at www.frys.com and paid for Special Shipping - overnight. This amounted to $52.84. The order was placed on November 22. Order confirmation came from Fry's via e-mail at 10:30am that same day (11/22/2012). So far nothing has been delivered. Called Fry's customer

service department on November 25th to inquire about order. Their response was well "we and our shipper don't deliver on the weekend". I still have not even received a Tracking Number. The customer service rep did send me a Tracking Number when I called on November 25th. My point to the customer service rep was that Fry's ordering software should have been smart enough to not accept my request for Overnight Delivery since the timing as impossible, and raised a Red Flag on the order. The rep said it was in the fine print on their Web site.

In addition to the laptop, I ordered office software. Come to find out the software is a single user license and cost $10 more than the two user license sold in their store! Rip off #2.

This will undoubtedly be my last experience with www.frys.com
