I purchased a product "Coolsat 6000" from ftasat4less for 139.99 dollars.

The product strated emitting fumes as soon as it was plugged into power outlet. I immediately contacted the seller and reported the issue. My complaint was looked into only after 10 days. I was told to contact the dealer for replacement. The dealer Coolsatusa said they cannot replace as the product is not manufactured anymore and hence can only repair it. I was not comfortable with the repaired product and requested my money back. Dan Herring from FTASAT4LESS replied that they can send me my money back or replace it with upgraded product Coolsat 6100. I have been constantly writing and trying to get hold of someone who can send me my money back I am not getting any responses. I need help with getting my money back and this has been a very frustrating experience.

First, I am not just a push off. Though the rebuttal said contact Customer Relations Manager, their is no response on that too. I have proof of all the communication with me to prove my statements. I can forward them if this so called Customer Relations Manager wants to have proof. I also contacted Better business bureau (Nevada), which after enquiry reported that this is not a licenced establishment and hence cannot do anything. This is getting real frustrating. Please help.

I would really like to know who this customer is please have him contact me so I can pull up the order and take a look at the complaint first of all to see and find the truth. I believe there is probably more to the story here and before your company displays complaints like this you really should take a closer look and investigate the complaint before posting it. We do not offer refunds in the event that a customer downloads any third party software, using third party software is illegal and voids product warranty.
