Basically, FTD does not stand behind their guarantee (below). My husband ordered an $86.99 floral arrangement the day before Valentine's Day for delivery the next day to my office. It did not arrive. He spent 20-30 minutes on hold with FTD.com that evening with no luck in getting through. Delivery did arrive late afternoon the next day after the holiday. I took it home and my husband said it was not what he ordered! He ordered a Stargazer Lily/Rose bouquet, which he paid $108.06 which incl. tax/delivery. What was delivered was a very poor mix floral arrangement, partly wilted, included baby pink roses, alstromeria, gerbera daisy, cut off greenery that was obvious and unattractive. After numerous email exchanges online with FTD.com, including photographs of what was delivered and what was ordered, the only solution is a 30% discount for flowers which arrived partly wilted and basically unacceptable.  There are a number of reports online similar to mine re: FTD. What recourse do we have to just get a refund from this ripoff company.
