Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
This is definetly the worst company when it comes to morals and ethics! I think anyone reading this and all the other reports on this laughable builder would do well to shop for another quality builder who is in this business to generate happy and repeat customers who would definetly refer their friends and family. Full Of It Homes is an unethical racquet whose employees are in the homebuilding business to make a quick and easy dollar at the customers expense!

When I worked for this builder and a house was nearing completion I would frequently ask the key corporate people to walk the house and check off on the condition and workmanship before I walked the house with the buyer. There was no interest in doing this. They would only ask me when the house was going to close and what it would take to make the customer happy enough to sign the closing papers.

That's it folkes, sign the paper and we here at Full Of It Homes are done. We'll be laughing all the way to the bank.

Please know that this builder has no corporate structure. They just let their only warranty person go because he was PLEASING to many people and that's not what these clowns are about. They have an owner with a disfunctional family who still at 40+ years of age relys on his mommy and daddy to drive all the way from East Texas and see if the subcontractors are deserving of their paychecks on the 10th and 25th. The infamous sister of the owner who put the now closed Oklahoma operations in bankruptcy. The sales manager whose husband is partners in crime with the owner and who would be nothing more than a janitor at any other builder. And the office manager who could star in the movie Strip Tease or was that about her life? The builder who at one time prefered a bottle of booze over the bottle of life and lost everything as a result.

Yes, this is indeed a quality bunch of leaders. They have managed to either run off or fire anyone with character and morals. They seem to be in this for the short term profit and not the long term investment.

I hope anyone buying one of their homes doesn't need warranty work done. I tried and have as yet to get a response. I sent a letter to the Better Business Bureau asking for help and the "Strip Tease" office manager sent a reply that I bought the house "AS IS" and am therefore not entitled to warranty work. Who the HELL buys a new house "AS IS"? She also let the BBB know I was a disgruntled ex employee. Hell who isn't a disgruntled ex employee of this crooked business?

That's right they said I bought the house As Is people. I've been told that that is what they tell a lot of people who request warranty work. Hell they don't need a warranty rep cause they don't do warranty work. That's why they let him go people.

I've also heard that the new employee they hired to sell at Oakmont in South Ft. Worth is getting ready to quit after only two weeks with them. Her husband sells for a respectable and large builder in Ft. Worth and she now knows how a real builder works unlike Fuller.

I would reccoment everyone reading these reports go with any other builder. Hell a mobile home builder is better quality than these clowns.

Just want to make the point that some of the reports on this site by a former Fuller employee in TX have recently been signed "C." and that is not me. I am in Oklahoma, and am another unhappy owner of a Fuller Home, not a current or former employee of Fuller. If anyone wants to contact me about their defective Fuller-built home, my email is [email protected] Thank you. C.S.
