Gad Abeckaser Guo Ling Limited International Professional Cheat and Fraud, Gad Abeckaser cheated me of $51,500 Kowloon Internet

Dear All,
I am writing to you to warn you against a professional fraud and international conman, Mr. Gad Abeckaser who claims that is a partner in Nelcom Telecom of Israel and owner of a trading
company Guo Ling Trading Company in Hong Kong, having its office at 5 Hankow Center, East Tsim Tsa Tsui.
This person has been advertising in various electronic media that he belongs to Nelcom, Israel and has a company Guo Ling Ltd in Hong Kong, and has very good stock of Mobile phone LCDs, Mother boards and spare parts etc, but is nothing more than a thief, a conman and a professional fraud, who has several cases of cheating against him in different countries.
He has cheated me of 51,500 dollars, by taking a order for Blackberry LCDs and taking the said amount from me as advance payment, but that was the last I saw of him and he then kept
giving me stories saying he was in Cambodia, Thailand etc and then totally started avoiding my calls, BBM etc and went into a hiding.
On checking, I found out that there was no such company called Guo Ling that was ever registered in Hong Kong and I now have filed a police complaint and a cheating case against him in Hong Kong. I filing this report in public interest and to create awareness in the industry about this cheat. Please be very careful of this guy. Please find attached a few URLs which tells you his modus operandi and unmasks this fraud.
Please spread these messages to all those you know, who are in industry and you might
be able to help a few people save their hard earned money.
Just as an FYI: He is now advertising in China saying he has a silk business and that he is the CEO of G & A International. The URL for the advert is

He has since created a dummy id Gaddy Abeckaser in the Mobiles and Accessories forum on Facebook and was advertising, but deleted his profile when I exposed him there. This proves that he is indeed a low life criminal and he also admitted to the fraud there.
