Gadget Universe ripoff, this company sucks! Sylmar California
i order a alarm clock from this company . i tried to call tec support to find out about a problem i was having. they told me they will call back (right). called again and told them the product that they say in the catalog was different then the one they sent.
I call and, at MY expense, i will have to pay the shipping and handling back not to metion that i already paid $8 to have it shipped. i asked to sent a prepaid shipping ,they said we dont do that. so i said that since you were wrong i would have to pay anpther $8 to send back an item i didnt care for and there answer was yes.
so another words, i dont like the product. i would be out $16 dollars. this company sucks. i will never order anything from them again. i tried twice with this comapny and never will again.
