Poor Kay (deceased) as I'm sure she meant your libel was your typing and your slander is whomever you called & discussed the named minor with.

Post listed in 9/05 then commented on in 2009. Marrah has lived in CA since before the date listed in 2005. Impossible for named person to be associated with this posted while in another state & not employed there. This statement is falsified and is slander.

Now we're getting "child advocates" involved. This is getting pretty wild! From your statement, doc, the person you are referring to is no longer a minor. In addition, nothing was really alleged about this person other than that her father is using her as a front for illegal activities. Also, "slander" and "libel" are distinct, but closely related forms of defamation, the only difference being that "slander" is spoken whereas "libel" is printed. So "slanderous libel" would actually refer to printed words that somehow make false, oral accusations. To the OP: the Do Not Call registry applies to solicitors, not people attempting to collect on a debt. I'm not saying that other laws haven't been violated, but I doubt that these calls are a Do Not Call violation.

There are falsified statements regarding the "daughter" listed. The daughter does not live in this state and therefore cannot own a company in said state. The daughter is not currently an employee of said company; and some of the times listed was in fact a MINOR therefore could not own said company(s). Said child worked as a secretary during high school: filing papers, doing data entry and mailings and in the state of Arizona children are allowed to work at family businesses. However, no child was correlated any listed activity in these posts. All statements related to the children of said individuals are false and slanderous libel, especially when they were MINORS under the age of 18 and could not do such business. Names of all children involved should be immediately removed and never associated with any business; as children cannot do business or own companies! Dr. Kay Wheaton, PsyD Child Advocate

EDWARD LACHOWICZ (uses his daughter, Marah and his wife as fronts since he is not allowed to run a business in AZ), MICHAEL J RUZECKI, DAMIEN KNIGHT, and SCOTT FLINDT own operate and ripoff with the following magazine companies: UMS United Magazine Services, MD Magazines Direct, USSS US Subscription Services, IPC International Publishers Cleaninghouse, US United Services, Ibook, Republic Media, USMS, and others, all of which use a fradulant collection agency Galaxy Credit owned by Mr. & Mrs Demitrius Smith. When they are done taking the money for phony subscriptions Messers Ruzecki and Lachowicz use the credit card and check info to bill people for phony vacation and discount packages. Business locations include Scottsdale, Mesa, Chandler, Casa Grande, Fountain Hills, and Tempe.

Ralph is still at it, I just keep reporting him to the FTC for violating the do-not-call registry. I turned up a new address for the so-called company: Galaxy Credit Corporation 125 S 56TH St Mesa,AZ85206-1555 623-933-0519 According to the satellite imagry, this address points to an empty lot in front of a bunch of condos. Nice touch. I thought it would be a trailer park. He is using a bunch of different phone numbers in the 623 area code: 933-1157 933-4046 933-7876 among them. I am beginning to think that old Ralph my not be quite as stupid as I had hoped. He may be using prepaid (or stolen) cell phones, or he could be using a VOIP phone from another state. No matter, if he can reach people, he can be reached as well. One day very soon our beloved Ralph may be getting a late night visit from the feds. Let's all hope he jumps up out of bed and waves a pistol at them! Oh, and Ralph, try and jump to one side so they don't catch your sister in the crossfire. Oh, and they have an actual web site now: www.galaxycreditaz.com The particulars have not changed, they are still trying to collect for a gift subscription that the publisher says has never been in arrears. Ralph has gotten hold hold of some federally protected personal data and is using it to shake down people all over the country. He really needs to see the inside of a federal prison for about 20 years to life. Several large publishers are looking for him, but it is still up to us to provide leads to them and the federales every time good old Ralphie calls. If you are on the do not call registry, report every call he makes to you. When they finally catch up with this piece of slime, each call will be worth an $11,000 fine. As always, interstate fraud like this is a matter of interest to the FBI, the FTC, and the USPS. The links to those sites are in my original post - please consider using them each time Ralph calls. Call the publishers, too, and be sure to let them know just how unhappy you are that they have exposed your personal information to a bucket of pus like Ralph. They were supposed to protect it, instead they either sold it or they allowed someone to steal it, and it's hard to say which is worse. Of all the strategies, this one my yield the best chance for immediate success. If these large corporations feel that Ralph is damaging them, well, they will probably damage him in return. They are the ones who allowed this to happen, and they are the ones with all the lawyers, so maybe they should be the ones to respond.
