Galaxy Credit Ripoff They made a false claim that I owed for a magazine subscription I ordered over the phone to a telemarketer. Peoria Arizona

Galaxy Credit
I received an Important Notice that my account had been listed with Galaxy Credit for collection. It is important that payment in the amount of $ 49.94 be made. Should I have any questions regarding my account, call 1-877-742-5300 Account Specialist 101 for prompt assistance. GC Case #:33284-1
When I called I was told that I had agreed to order a 36 month subscription to Salt Water Sportsman over the phone to a telemarketer from Increased Publications. I informed Galaxy that I never order anything from a telemarketer and that I had already renewed my subscription by mail for 24 months. Galaxy told me that my order new order would start when the other expired. I told them again that I never place an order over the phone and they needed to cancel it. Galaxy told me it was too late to cancel the subscription and I would have to take care of this debt.
I don't understand how someone can be placed for collection on something they have not received and how any cancellation would be too late when it hasn't even been sent and be won't for another year. I will be calling Salt Water Sportsman Magazine and getting an update as to the status of my account and inform them of what Galaxy Credit and Increased Publications are doing. The complaint I read from the wife regarding her husbands Playboy subscription and mine would cause someone to wonder if Pubco, Increased Publications and Galaxy had some kind of scam running.
