Attended Road-Show by Galaxy Mall here in Springfield, MO--Was slick-talked into buying into their web-hosting program.
In order to receive "discounts" for their service, "decision had to be made that afternoon" (10 December 2001). I made credit-card purchase for $5,199. Galaxy sales people made no mention that once they received their money there would be no RECISION period.
I had received a 3-ring binder and a CD for my $5,199. When I had second thoughts several days later (I left on out-of-state Christmas vacation the week of the meeting) I decided to return the binder and CD upon my return home trusting for a refund as no services of any kind had been received.
Galaxy Mall returned the box that I had mailed with the comment that I needed a return authorization number. I requested the RA but never received a response. I wrote a couple of letters to the president of Galaxy Mall explaining my situation (being 70 my next birthday and being on social security only--again, there were no responses. Wish I had known about the dozen or so negative reports on RIPOFF REVENGE.
I've cost these guys NOTHING--no excuse not to refund!
