This is not a complaint against the employees of the GameStop, but rather the corporate clowns and their back alley repair service.
so I've been a loyal ps3 gamer a long time. But one day I came into a sum of money and bought a refurbished Xbox 360 from GameStop to play with friends that didn't have ps3, or bring to my vacation house as to not beat up my ps3 every weekend traveling. It worked for about two weeks at my regular home, but then crapped out. The guy tried offering me an exchange, but I asked to talk to the manager and he said he is very aware of this happening often and he knows I go in there often, so he would make an exception and refund my money for the system. The manager was very sensible, but the corporate ftards that sanction this scandal are the bad guys.
I have left the city and state blank to protect the manager from the greedy corporate fat cats.
