I won a prize of Garcinia Cambogia. All I had to do was pay for shipping. A price of 4.95. I thought ok cool why not. Well as I am filling out the information I was being told I could also get Green Coffee which I did not want. I soon found that there was no way around it. so even though I submitted my payment info I started backing up out of this so called GIFT site.

To my surprise a bottle of Garcinia Cambogia Pure Natural arrived. so I imeditly went to my computer to look up my bank account info. I found that I was only charged the 4.95 shipping fee. So I tried the product which did not work. I thought I would not call that company and order another. I belived that was the end but NOOOO!!!!!! I recevied another bottle yesterday. so I decided to ship it back and to check my bank staments to make sure I was not being charged for this product. To my horror not only was I charged 89.95 on 7/15/2017 I was recharged 89.95 again on 7/21/2017 just six days after the first charge.

I immediately called their customer sevice number (what a joke) I spoke to a young man named Bryan (yah right) who informed me that my 14 day trial was over and they have begun to ship their product. I said excuse me what 14 day trial? It was a prize there was no mention of a 14 day trial. I informed Bryan that I did not want his product and that I was charged twice within 6 days for the pills I dont want. Bryan then appolagized and was willing to refund me 30% of the charges. I explaned to Bryan that that was unaccepable. I was charged 89.95 I expect to be refunded the whole amount. He explained again that he could only give me 30% back. I ask why would I accept this? I was getting madder by the second. I informed him that I was going to the bank to dispute this where he informed me that my bank would do nothing about this since i agreed to their terms of the trail. I said what trail this was a prize, I didnt signed any cotract nor did I give my consent to be charged for further product I at that point asked to speak to his supervisor. He told me his supervisor was currently busy at the moment but because I was so upset that he will go ahead and refund me 50% I again stated that this to was unacceptable. He then said the only way to get my total refund was to ship my bottle back and it could take up to if not more than 2 weeks to receive my refund after they receive their product. I again asked for their suppervisor which again I was told that the supervisor was busy. At that point I informed Bryan that if I couldn't speak to his supervisor that I could speak to my lawyer because this is fraud. At this time he hung up on me.

I then picked up my phone off my fax machine and called them back I was connected to a man named Andrew operator number1588913 who after geting my mailing address informed me that my account has been cancelled. I then begain this whole conversation over useing my manners trying not to lose my temper. I got the same line as Bryan gave me so I informed Andrew that I would apprechate it if he would put his supervisor on the phone. Once again I was told the supervisor was busy I then asked for the supervisors name which he said he could not give me. I asked why since I know my supevisors name I even know my companys corporate office phone number and the name of the vice presadent and CEO of my company. He than said it was against policy to give out that information. Again I asked to talk to his supervisor and that I know he is busy that I would be willing to wait online to speak to him, that I had all the time in the world. Andrew said since he could nolonger help me to have a nice day and hung up!
