 I won a prize! Garcinia Cambogia, all I had 2 do was pay 4.95 shipping. No mention 14 day trial, anywhere. Upon Checkout, I was FORCED 2 ORDER GREEN COFFEE. My email confirmed Green Coffee. Next day called 2 CANCELL. Rep wouldn't let me. Said You ordered it didn't you? Angrily I said Ill CANCELL whole order & Rep finally took Green Coffee off. Again, No Mention of 14 day trial. This took 30 minutes & I Felt I was getting ripped off So Made Sure 4.95 was ALL I WOULD BE CHARGED. PERIOD. Was told this TWICE. So felt 4.95 was all I would be charged. No. 89.95 was taken from my account on 2-23-2017 After being assured TWICE THIS WOULDNT HAPPEN.

Called & Reps story KEPT CHANGING. First, 89.95 was balance due on product. On FREE PRIZE? Put on hold. Then Told about 14 day trial. What trial? On a free prize? Put on hold. I demanded refund. Put on hold. Rep told me I could get 30% of money. No. Hold. Rep upped it to 50%. No. Hold. Rep upped to 75%. No. Bottle says 100% Money back guarantee. Hold. Rep told me I'd passed 14 day trial. What trial? I called & CANCELLED ON 2-7-2017 which was within 14 days. Hold again. Rep comes back & said yes I called & CANCELLED But I only CANCELLED Green Coffee. No. I Cancelled ANYTHING that involved MORE Than 4.95. I made it clear I only authorized 4.95 which is why phone call lasted 30 minutes. I stated that I was told TWICE ONLY 4.95 would be deducted from my account. Rep said sorry we can't resolve this & hung up on me. I Cancelled my debit card so they couldn't STEAL Anymore money from me.

Called again & asked 2 speak 2 supervisor. No supervisor. Since I'd cancelled my debit card, Rep said since I was no longer a customer, I couldn't receive any money back. Again, was told sorry we couldn't resolve this matter & hung up on me. Thankful I didn't use credit card. Talked 2 these people 5 times. Asked for my money back WHILE CUSTOMER & when no longer a customer & each time was hung up on by Rep. I want my money. I'm DISABLED. ELDERLY. 89.95 Is A LOT OF MONEY. These people LIE & no matter what you do, you cannot CANCELL EXCEPT By CANCELLING YOUR CARD. THEY Will Not return your money NO MATTER WHAT. I CANCELLED ON 2-7-2017 but these people say No. 100% money back guarantee my foot. SCAMMERS!
