Garcinia Prime Misleading Info RE: "14-Day Free Trial" - Will Charge for Items Already Shipped Toronto Ontario
Ordered a 14-day free trial of a 30-day supply of Garcinia Cambogia and its sister product African Mango. The 14 days actually includes the shipping time, and if you don't cancel within the 14 days of order, you will be charged the full amount for both trials, which in this case was $79.95. The wording on the Terms and Conditions does not give any indication that you will be charged for the product you already received, but simply that you will be charged a recurring monthly charge for future shipments.
I was able to cancel any future orders and have taken it up with my credit card company regarding the charges, as the company only wanted to offer me a "courtesy refund" of 35%. When I told them it was unacceptable, that I would handle it with my CC company and then hung up, I received an immediate call back stating that a "supervisor" would approve 50%. I again told them it was unacceptable and would deal with my credit card before hanging up again.
Company is located in Canada, charges on credit card listed as Las Vegas, NV and return phone call was from Montgomery, AL.
