Garrett Sell is a con artist. He lied to my husband and I about the structural integrity of a home we nearly purchased. We nearly bought a home he listed on behalf of "Liberty Trust Holdings, LLC" which is nothing more than a shell company for Hayden Wrobel (another con artist) to unload sinkhole properties to unsuspecting buyers. Do your own due diligence. Mr. Wrobel and Mr. Sell's deceit nearly cost us $360k. BEWARE!!

This is what happens when used car salesmen TRY to make it in real estate.
Here’s a few of their other companies that you might want to avoid, in my opinion:
Albatross Investments, LLC. Property Management Solutions of Tampa Bay, LLC. Property Management Solutions of Tampa Bay, Inc. Liberty Trust Holdings, LLC. Wrobel Homes Wrobel Industries, Inc. Owner Self Finance, Inc. Liberty Trust Holdings, LLC. 2W’s, Inc.
It looks like they incorporate with a new name once the public gets wind of thier shady practices. There’s several web based complaints filed over the years on both Hayden Wrobel and Garrett Sell. I’m sure their BBB ratings are just as bad. |
