gaston county dss dss took my child with no proof of anything. I have proof my boyfriend and i are innocent. No one including my lawyer will help me and i dont know what to do. please help me.i cannot afford a real lawyer or a law suit. i am very desperate to have my child someone please help me gastonia North Carolina
Dss is boldly lying and i have proof of my innocense as well as my boyfriends innocense. We have done nothing wrong and did not deserve to loose my child. Dss took him without any explanation as to why and now they claim i just gave him up,which is completely obsured.
I love my son very much and so does my boyfriend.We are very desperate for help as my court appointed lawyer refuses to do her job.She refuses to do anything to help my case at all,and we dont know how to fight back as we only have a 9th and 8th grade education and very limited funds.
We are begging for help in getting our son back. Can some one please help us?
