In the first place, for these people who write in rebuttals says "Why don't you do your research BEFORE you buy a computer. Duh...If you don't have a computer and access to the internet, you're not likely to see these reports.

I have owned a Gateway computer for 2 years and pay a whopping $90. a month and I still owe the exact same price I owed when it was delivered.

They lie to you when you ask about interest prices on the credit card and naturally, you believe what they say. Why wouldn't you? And I have paid more than the minimum payment several times and still the balance doesn't go down. I have inquired about this and never received a response.

I do have to say that I have received cooperation with support tech as many times as not. However, the last call I placed, I am sure they got this lady off the street to answer the phone. She didn't know enough about computer maintenance to operate one, much less instruct someone how to solve a technical problem.
