We entered into a lease with this company in September of 2002. The lease includes a full replacement warranty. From September to January 2003 we made several complaints with regard to equipment not working, failing, and need for replacement. During this time Glen Irvine told us constantly that he would repair the computer. We also informed him that we had yet to receive the software license for the Windows 2000 operating system installed on the computer.

We finally had to threaten to cancel our lease payments until he repaired the computer. He informed us that if we do not pay he would sue us for the entire value of the computer as his lease states that he my cancel the lease at any time with 30 days notice if there is an indication that the lease will not be paid.

He has given us no alternative but to continue lease to term whether he repairs the computer or not. We strongly suggest that nobody lease or buy a computer from this man. Our investigations also show that he had already been forced by the RCMP to purchase software licenses for illegally including lotus on computers he was supplying and that he is selling Windows '98 OEM licenses without selling it installed on systems.

I only recently discovered this complaint on the "net".. seems this site does have some basic differences with Better Business Bureau in that, I have never been informed of this complaint before accidentally discovering it on this rather obscure site. Since Sandra has done business with me on numberous occasions since the complaint, I was naturally anxious to call her for an explanation April/07. She assured me that she has done everything possible to remove the complaint from this site. She even provided copies of emails to show her genuine efforts. She knows, as I do that the complaint is not factual and written in a moment of anger. Unfortunatly complaints (according to the web-master) cannot be withdrawn, and I suspect considerable fees are extorted from both complaintants and companies which wish to resove these issues. MY ADVICE - use the BBB
