GE Capital Cons Cardco constant late fee ripoff! Louisville Kentucky
Reviewing my bill from GE Capital I noticed that the balance I owed was MORE than the total of the items I purchased. When I called I was told that I had 2 outstanding "Late Fees" that I never paid (????) I always pay my bills before hand, so I couldn't understand how I had incurred the fees. They told me that they don't care WHEN you send your payment; the payment is credited when THEY decide to credit it, which means if they don't put the payment in on time it's MY FAULT!!!
GE Capital is the credit card company for P.C. Richard here in New York. I won't be shopping there with my credit card anymore unless they have the sense to get rid of this company!
