GE Capitol Card Services ripoff Care Credit Card Dayton Ohio
I have had this acct and two others with this company. My family and myself needed Dental work done this was only way to afford it. At first it was great 0% interest until your check got to them 1 or 2 days late "Thats The End of That" no remorse no return 19% to 23% interest after that!
I make payments regularly and my balance never goes down. They don't care they take and take. I have recently become unemployed and I have not been able to make all the payments on time. I have asked them to help me out anything at all. So they sent my to a debt consolidater. The consolidater told me if I signed up for their program it would be financial suicide. So I didn't My debt keeps rising and GE capitol calls daily at least three to four times. No matter what I do, no matter what I say. I had a $7500 debt last Christmas have been paying regularly since,I owe right now Two months. MY BALANCE IS $7700+, $219 a month and when I had more I'd pay more.
Oh, BY THE WAY THEY CREDIT EXTRA PAYMENTS TO INTEREST FIRST NOT TO PRINCIPLE OF NEXT MONTHS PAYMENTS. Great my principle never goes down except what they feel like putting toward out of monthly billed amount!! My other acct was $17000 in order to pay it off I had to mortgage my home. I have given this company/bank/card company thousands of dollars more than I should ever have had to give them! No matter what don't ever use GE CAPITOL CARD SERVICES. By the way CITGO GASOLINE COMPANY uses same GE Card company.
