I obtained a pay day loan of $300.00 about 6 mouths ago , the fee was $90.00 every other week if I didn't pay the whole thing in two weeks being it was that I was struggling have not been able to pay the whole thing, so for the past 6 months I have been paying a total of $180, a month that s $1.080, and the say to pay off I need a $180 more they said that the $180.00 is extinction fees, Right!
so in reality the are charging $180 a month for a 300 dollar loan that they rendered me so they have taken in $180, every month for the past 6 months in two months they had more than their money back, the rest is a profit to them maybe a small transition fee, I am not complaining about a little interest but the kind of a fee is ridiculous. they don't make big loans , most of their loan or , about 3 to 5 hundred dollars, I wonder how much they pay their help, probably the minimum wage, I am very up set because they have very greedy ways, maybe what they are doing is legal but it shouldn't be, and it sure ain't moral I would be ashamed to have a company that treat people that way, they make these contracts real long so to discourage people from reading them , so who wants to set for 30 minutes reading a contract for a small loan of $300.00 It is hard to believe that a company would be that greedy, how can anybody want to return to that company and get anther loan, they are taking advantage of us poor ignorant people that need money fast, so I feel that something should be done about this company, I have read other ripoff reports from this company so I am not alone, they need to realize that people have other bills to pay, Thanks Albert Johnson, if any of the other ripoff clients wants to e mail me maybe we can get something done,I don't know but I would like to try I am mad this Kind of business should be outlawed

I just got through reading some reports of 13 other victims of this what I consider a crooked GEC Funding Geneva-Roth Vent, I am wondering how can the way they do things can be legal how can a company be allowed to make so much money on a $300.00 loan, a company should want to treat people right so they can have repeated costumers. I have thought about this situation, the way I see it this company has no humanitarian consideration at all, they take advantage of us struggling people that are trying to make a living , give them a quick loan , as you see , only a $200.00 or 300.00 dollar loan sometime $400.00. they make sure you haver a job a checking account direct deposit, so there risk are very very low, but if a person is not able to pay the whole $390.00 (in my case and many more people the extend it for you over and over again. they don't care how many times. in my case the have gotten at least $1000.00 more than the #300. I got from them, we have a right to be angry, I feel like I have been robbed , the other folks have too. I was robbed at gun point one time on my job, but the man that robbed me didn't claim to be a business person, he took what money I had, when he got caught he was locked up. this company did not force to borrow any money but because I didn't have the whole $390.00 to pay and pay, they continued taking out $90.00 over and over again, why can't they stop after they got more that $90.00 extra. like I say I have paid them more than $1000.00 over $300.00. even if I was stupid enough to sign some like that why would they treat a costumer like that , I hope all of you keep on complaining until something is done, I wish I could afford an attorney, I would fix these folks, they are smart they realize that most of their costumers are low income people, so wanted to voice my opinion, any suggestion let me know
