Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I am a local IT Tech in South Florida. Geeks on Repair had called me to do a job for 4 hours at 35 per hour. I usually do not work for that low of a rate, but I was in the area and slow that week. I did the job and was told I was going to be paid after 15 days so there were no customer charge backs. I have not been paid and it has been over 2 months. I call them every week only to reach "Rick" who promises to speak to his supervisor, who supposedly made payment to me already. I have called about ten times now only to hear the same thing. I have now sent this to collections.

CONTRACTORS BEWARE! These people are EXTREMELY unprofessional and I believe to be a scam!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE! These people didn't even ask me how qualified I was or anything before they sent me out to a customers home!

It's unfortunite that you had a bad experience with Geeks on repair but i can tell you i had a good experience working for them and i'm sure others as well or there would be more negative claims. I did a job for Geeks as a contractor just yesterday and they already payed me. In fact, i was payed minutes after the job was done and i am extremely satisfield with their pay motto. I'm just waiting on another assigment.

I have performed work for Geeks on Repair as a contractor and know for a fact that they are not a scam.  They provided great support and picked up the phone every time I called.  They answered any questions that I had about the job in detail. 

Upon completing my work order, I was paid immediately.  I sent my scanned work invoice to them and received a prompt payment through paypal in about 10-15 minutes. It was a pleasure working for them and I look forward to working with them again in the future.

 06.05.2014 I am a Louisiana Tech who was called by this company off my craigslist ad. Although I am not a danger to anyone, I also was not asked anything but could I get to the customer's between a certain time. My situation was that the customer upon arrival said they had called and cancelled. I was specific to tell this company that I would be owed no less then $50 in the event this happened. So now I ask you Mr. Geeks on Repair, Why did I not get paid? I performed no services for you to say were not up to your standards. I have the email response proof that you agreed to pay me in the even the customer cancelled Yet..... After several calls to your company NOTHING. One other thing for your 'FUTURE" customers who may want to try their so called "Excellent service". Read the number of complaints on just this one site alone. You will find that the owner always responds by saying they did a public records search and the customer is in debt or is a criminal. They are always trying to divert the attention away from their scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY and TECHS - - - - - STAY AWAY

We have been around for years,...we were originally incorporated in the state of Nevada, and currently operate in over 42 states.

Notice how anger and resentment fuel more action AND ONLINE POSTING then happiness and satisfaction.

Satisfied happy customer usually don't write posts online, instead we brighten up their day by fixing their beloved device, and they proceed to share their joy online with family and friends, who later call us for service whenever they have a problem.

The people who post here to slander our good company and good name, our obviously not happy customers, but as anyone who has ever owned a business, or whos ever had a relationship with another human being and is reading this knows, unfortunately, as hard as you might try, ...its impossible to please everyone all the time!

The techs who has posted on this website,..plain and simply did not do their job right or meet our high standards & criteria for when working with our customers and meeting our customers satisfaction, and so they were either not paid for their lousy service , and then subsequently barred from ever working for us again,..or, they were deducted a certain amount of pay (quality control isn't always pretty).

For the customer who have posted here, all we have to say is sorry we didn't live up to your expectations, we always do a 30 day wait to resolve certain issues, and by looking at the dates, had you just waited a bit longer before posting these awful things about us, we would have been more than happy to do a full refund or point you in some other direction; but company policy has it that we do not refund or reward customers who have A) Initiated a charge-back against us,.. or B) Found other venues for resolving their issues with us, such as slandering our name on the internet, instead of waiting 30 days for us to review and resolve their complaint.

Almost,  Last but not least, there is alot to say about customers who choose to not work with certain companies because of this and that, but not enough is said about company's who choose to not work with certain customers because of their rude demeanor and low level of ethics and general good people human values are concerned.

Now, Last but not least, this is a business, and our business is to resolve our customers IT related problems for a price, and we guarantee this to everyone and all who call us for services.

Having said that, please notice that these are just a couple of unhappy people out of literally, thousands of very happy customers we've serviced over the years..

If anyone wants to see the proof of my last statement for themselves, please give us a call, and before using our service, pick a month and a year , and we will randomly pick one of our many customers serviced on that month and year you've picked, and call them with you on a 3 way call..( since we protect our customers personal information, we will not give you a name and number directly) and we will let you do all the talking, and you can ask whichever customer from this month and year that you choose, to tell you how they liked our service.

Chances and probabilities have it that there is a 99% chance that the person we call will say great things about us!!

Come on guys!

True quality and proof is delivered by action, not ill will and spiteful words posted on the internet!
