Gem bond jewelry network I won a auction and they screwed me , Internet
I won a auction on 8/12/12 with a 2000 dollar bid,when the lady congradulatied me,I herd wait we made a mistake the ring now went from 4.5ct diamonds to 2.78ct,this auction went for 10 minutes with no correction,when I asked the owner to offer me the new weight ring for half my winning bid since the caret weight is now half,he wanted me to pay the 2000 I bid and won on a4.5ct to now pay the same for the 2.78 ring. I said how is that fair at which he tried to bully me and intimidate me,that doesn't work with me,the owner is now threatening me and claiming I'm trying to blackmail him because I want what I won bid on or the ring that they say it was for 1000. Beware of this company. There quality is not top notch invested grade is low end merchandise unless you spend 20000 on a piece. Buy somewhere else and don't participate in these auctions

I have filed a few reports,in haste. I was wrong and am very sorry for the reports I've written,and would like to set the record straight. I did have a problem with a auction and the owner MR.Bond has gone above and beyond the call of duty to make it right,if anyone has not shopped at Gems Bond Jewelry in account of my posting,take my word for this too.
I do and still will continue to shop with this company and would recommend my 85 year old mother to shop here.as soon as I got ahold of Mr.Bond to address this issue he apologized for the error and I was more than pleased,but he didn't stop there,he has personally contacted me to make sure I was totally satisfied with my merchandise and made me feel like I was a very valued customer,and I've shopped with all the jewelry channels on T.V. and have never had the OWNER deal with me directly.
I've shopped at GEM SHOPPING NETWORK and have never received the service I've received here,as a matter of fact Gem Shopping Network is a sleazy company who has a former employee who now owns a appraisel buisness,and Gem Shopping Network calls this a independent appraisal company. Huh,can you say conflict of interest! I've bought 6-8 pieces from Gem Shopping Network and 4 of the pieces had to go back. View all the reports on Gem Shopping Network and you'll see how many people they have ripped off.
This is a company ( Gem Shopping Network) that I would direct my mother to stay far away from,but I digress. Please give Gems Bond jewelry a try, I promis you,there is no better prices on television and the jewelry I've received is the quality you find in high end stores where you have to be buzzed in or have a appointment to view. Please Mr. Bond,except my apologies and I hope your on the air for many many years to come,because I need,and so does the public,need a trustworthy company to deal with.

If you were watching the show tonight,8/13/12, the host made a fraudulent slip and stated the truth,he said"no matter what the price you can't win",that's the truth. If no one bids the price up than we can all get good deals,I would not pay over 3000 for ther best stuff,don't forge gold is at 1615 a ounce,14ct gold is 75 percent gold so it's only 39 dollars a gram then there diamonds are about 600-800 a caret of 10-5points,so just add this together and bid that, the stones are not that expensive they supply in there jewelry. Bid low and let's be winners.
