Gemsnjewels2 ripoff paid for two rings and denied payment rec even after prrof of cheques lodged to their accounti Dothan Atlanta Internet
I purchased two rings on ebay site paid $127 10th december 2003 by an international money order which they claimed was not received, I paid again by western union.
In the meantime I discovered that my initial money order was lodged to their account on Dec17th 2003. I contacted this company as I still had not received my rings and was informed that they had staff problems and she would forward my rings plus a refund of second payment.
In a subsequent mail she asked me for my paypal account details so she could organise my refund. There was no response for 6 weeks, and after numerous emails, in May 2004 I received an email announcing a grand opening of her new website (im sure by accident) I contacted her on this website and was told she had me confused with somebody else all along and would look after both refunds immediately as she had relisted and sold my rings. Still no response. I contacted this website again and was informed by a Kathy Aronson that Kathy Johnson was no longer associated with that website as she had returned to her nursing job and could be contacted at her previous email address for a refund. I have done so, again, no response............. HELP
