Genco Market Place Trash, dishonest, misrepresent Westchester Ohio
I placed an order with this company for a truck load of Houswares and kitchenware, after paying them more than 5k, and dealing with multiple delays in gettting the load, they sent an entire truckload of seaonsals to include 4 pallets of xmas trees in the middle of summer.. and you guessed it, even though the Bill of Ladding numbers on the load don't match my invoice BOL number, they claim its the correct load.... do not trust this bait and switch company... all these complaints are real... they just let a bunch of people go from the staff, I hope the word is getting out and it has impacted their business....
