Gene Browns Transmission blame everything else but their work, ripoff San Antonio Texas
I took my 94 dodge caravan for a transmission work and they were promp to take the job but when I had problems with the way the van was working they blame everything else but their work I acknowledge that I had some engine tune up to keep up but the reverse will no go thru so I took it to the dealer and they fix some cables that went to the transmission because is a computarized transmission it started to work good and it was not anything that they had said they said that it need it a tune up and this and that change so when I took the van and showed them that even do I had not done not even one thing they had said my van's reverse was working properly and I would like a reimbursment of the $220 that I had to spend at the dealer they said that they did not had anything to do with that but I told them didn't you work on the transmission? they said we don't cover that that is not internal but WHO TOUCH THOSE WIRES? THEY DID!!! YOU BE THE JUDGE OF THAT!!!!!!
