First of all GENERAL MOTORS PRODUCTS ARE JUNK.I bought a 2000 Model Impala. At 3000 miles i was going thru the tunnel at Beckeley West Virginia and the first Computer goes out. After sitting beside the highway a wrecker came and towed it to the nearest GM dealer.

Well driving it again at 8000 miles the second computer goes out. Well this is when my problems really started.Ihad it towed to Thornhill Superstore at Chapmanville. They put another Computer in it. The reason i had it towed to Thornhill is because it went out at the CHIEF LOGAN STATE PARK, which is real close to Thornhill. Well when they get the Computer fixed my steering box goes out.

Well thornhill supposed to fix that, well i drive it a little while longer and my brakes start messing up. So thorn hill says they fixed them, well it never was right. Then my steering box goes out again, well Thornhill tries to fix it again. Well i drive it about 500 miles then my wife was coming home and she can't steer the car all the fluid has drained out of the steering box again.By now i am really mad So i get some fluid and take it back to the one and only Thornhill Superstore

Well they say they fixed it again this time they say it was improperly installed.

Well i drive the Impala for a little while longer, the car has now about 64,000 miles on it and guess what a light comes on so i have it checked out and they tell me the Torque Converter Sensor has went out. I asked how much to have it fixed and a man working there Frank Stampler, tells me $650 so i say fix it. Well this is a shock he calls me the next day and says my Transmission is shot.It will cost me $ 3,100 to have it fixed. So what am i going to do? My transmission is out of my car.

So i tell him to fix it he tells me i will get a service pack for that price. So it takes them a Week to fix it. Now i dont have a vehicle to drive. So i finally get it back drive it for about 2000 miles the reverse goes out of the Transmission so back at Thornhills again it takes them 4 days to fix it. Well i get it back and guess what after driving it 400 miles it is starting to go out again now im furious so what do i do well let me tell you i went to Logan Motor Sales, at Logan and i traded that piece of junk for a Dodge.

Well let me tell you i will NEVER buy another GM again.I think Thornhill the JUNKYARD SUPERSTORE ought to reimburse me my 3,100 dollars. Dont you? Oh yell i called and asked the lady that answers the phone can i have their email, and she would not tell me,

First of all did Masil Hensley dare to tell you that he did not purchase the vehicle from Thornhills ??? Did he dare to tell you that he had not kept up his maintenance on his vehicle as he was suppose to according to GM? Did he dare to tell you that Franklin Stamper is his son in law (of which whom he does not care for )? Did Masil Hensley dare to tell you that he went to C&O Motors and purchased his vehicle ? So let me ask you this ..if he was so dissatisfied with Thornhills why didn't he return to C& O to take care of his problems that he was having with his vehicle? Granted it is all GM products. But Thornhills can only do as much as GM will allow them . And if he did not buy the vehicle at Thornhills why should they eat the cost of the things that are wrong with the vehicle? So as far as I am concerned Thornhills did nothing wrong as far as Masil was concerned and I am his own daughter! Did he also tell you that he took the Impala just a week before and had an offer from Stephens Auto to trade the vehicle and get $12, 000.00 for it ? He just wants some cash in his hands . that is all. and if he can get it by posting some stupid ad on your web site then he will do it!! As for Franklin Stamper , he done his job. He done what any other service advisor would've done there. Also , did Masil Hensley bother to tell you that he and his wife co-signed for a cavalier from Thornhills for there son? Did he tell you that his other daughter as well purchased a Grand Am or Grand Prix from Thornhills ? If he has such a problem with Thornhills why would he co-sign a loan for a vehicle from there or allow his daughter to purchase yet her second vehicle from Thornhills? Thank you ,
